These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the website zogiro.com (the "Site"), which is operated by Zogiro ("we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please stop accessing and using the Site.
2. Site content
The Site provides information about Zogiro software products, support information and related legal texts, for general reference only. Product features, system requirements, availability and release dates are subject to the information published when a product is released. Products marked "Coming soon" have not been released, and nothing on the Site constitutes a commitment regarding their features, release dates or availability.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Site accurate and may modify or remove its content at any time without notice.
3. Intellectual property
The intellectual property in the text, graphics, logos, interface designs and other content of the Site belongs to us or the respective rights holders and is protected by law. No one may reproduce, modify, distribute, mirror or otherwise use such content for commercial purposes without written permission. Third-party names and trademarks mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners, and their mention does not imply any affiliation with, partnership with or endorsement by those owners.
4. Acceptable use
You must use the Site lawfully, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and these Terms, and must not:
- interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site, including by launching denial-of-service attacks, introducing malicious code or conducting unauthorised security testing;

- automatically scrape the Site at a frequency or scale beyond what normal browsing requires;

5. Software products
Our software products are provided through the channels listed on their product pages. Installation and use of a product are governed by the licence terms provided with it; products obtained through a distribution platform such as an app store are also subject to that platform's terms. These Terms do not replace those licence terms.
6. Third-party links and services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services, such as distribution platforms and the website for looking up filing information. Third-party websites and services are the sole responsibility of their operators, and their content and handling of information are governed by their own terms and policies.
7. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided "as is", and we make no express or implied warranty as to their accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or continued availability. The Site may be suspended or interrupted due to maintenance, upgrades, network failures or force majeure.

10. Governing law and dispute resolution
The formation, validity, interpretation and dispute resolution of these Terms are governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may bring the dispute before a people's court with jurisdiction in accordance with the law.
